I did not receive my commissions for the week via Direct Deposit, what do I do?

First, check in your back office the amounts and day the commission was processed, and then check your transaction history that week. For example, if your commissions were processed Monday June 24th, the payment may show up on the 25th, 26th, 27th, or 28th. It will be listed as FVA Ventures (US, CAN) or Vi UK Limited (UK).

If it is not listed on that transaction history, please call customer support, your deposit may have been rejected because of an invalid account or routing number.  If it has been rejected, please update your information and contact Vi so that we can reprocess your commissions. If it has not, please send in bank statement to info@vi.com and our commissions team will review the issue.
