- To login to the back office, simply navigate to myvi.net or click Here.
- Enter the username and password chosen upon enrollment.
- Click the arrow to the right of the username and password field.
- If you’re unable to locate your username, password, or ID number, Vi recommends contacting the Promoter who enrolled you, as they may have that information on file. Alternatively, you may use the “Forgot your login” option located under the username field to recover your credentials. You may be required to verify your identity with a live chat agent.
